ILLOM Development AB ("us", "we", or "our") operates the following mobile applications (the "Service"):

We only collect anonymous receipt information about potential in-app purchases (i.e. the fact that your device has a valid reciept of the purchase of an in-app module).
Relevant for the app inTone: We store the in-app purchase receipt in our servers to be able to validate which add-on modules your app may use.
Relevant for the apps inTone, inTone PRO and TuneMyString: We do NOT send ANY of the data used in the apps to process audio data (i.e. microphone input) but all information is used on the device by the app to identify the pitch of the audio coming through the microphone and then discarded.
Relevant for the app SUSEN: We do NOT send ANY of the data used in the app. We do copy the position information into the e-mail that the app produces but no information is sent to our services (all is locally handled in your device and e-mail client)
We do NOT collect any Personally identifiable information
We do NOT collect any usage data.
We do NOT use cookies or any similar tracking technologies.
ILLOM Development AB uses the collected data for this purpose:
Your information (i.e. the in-app purchase reciepts) are transferred to — and stored on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Sweden and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the anonymous data, to Sweden and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
ILLOM Development AB will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
